This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the genesis, formation and current state of the business environment in the Russian economy. The article examines the historical path of entrepreneurial activity development in Russia, starting from the pre-revolutionary period, through the peculiarities of quasi-business functioning in the USSR (including the phenomenon of artels and the shadow economy) to the formation of market relations and their transformation in the post-Soviet period. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the relationship between the concepts of "economy", "business" and "organization", as well as their relationship with other economic categories. Special attention is paid to analyzing the key stages of business development in modern Russia, identifying the main problems and prospects. The methodological basis is based on historical, systemic, comparative and institutional approaches. The results obtained allow for a deeper understanding of the specifics of the Russian business model and its role in shaping the national economy in order to ensure economic security and counteract crimes in the field of economic activity.

Настоящая статья посвящена комплексному анализу генезиса, становления и современного состояния бизнес-среды в российской экономике. Исследуется исторический путь развития предпринимательской деятельности на территории России, начиная с дореволюционного периода, через особенности функционирования квази-бизнеса в СССР (включая феномен артелей и теневой экономики) до формирования рыночных отношений и их трансформации в постсоветский период. В работе рассматриваются теоретические основы соотношения понятий "экономика", "бизнес" и "организация", а также их взаимосвязь с другими экономическими категориями. Особое внимание уделяется анализу ключевых этапов развития бизнеса в современной России, выявлению основных проблем и перспектив. Методологической основой послужили исторический, системный, сравнительный и институциональный подходы. Полученные результаты позволяют глубже понять специфику российской бизнес-модели и ее роль в формировании национальной экономики в целях обеспечения экономической безопасности и противодействия преступлениям в сфере экономической деятельности.
