The scientific article analyzes the prosecutor’s submission as one of the key measures of prosecutorial response to violations of the law in the area of implementing national projects. The legal nature of the submission, its place in the system of prosecutorial response measures, as well as the practice of using this tool in the supervisory support of national projects are examined. Based on a study of judicial and law enforcement practice, statistical data, and scientific works, the main problems of law enforcement are identified, and ways to solve them are proposed.The authors conclude that it is necessary to improve the legal regulation of the structure and content of the prosecutor’s submission in relation to the sphere of national projects; to strengthen liability for failure to comply with or improper compliance with the prosecutor’s submission; and to introduce digital technologies into the process of prosecutorial supervision to increase its efficiency and effectiveness.

В научной статье анализируется представление прокурора как одна из ключевых мер прокурорского реагирования на нарушения законодательства в сфере реализации национальных проектов. Рассматриваются правовая природа представления, его место в системе мер прокурорского реагирования, а также практика применения данного инструмента при надзорном сопровождении национальных проектов. На основе исследования судебной и правоприменительной практики, статистических данных и научных работ выявляются основные проблемы правоприменения и предлагаются пути их решения. Авторы приходят к выводу о необходимости совершенствования правовой регламентации структуры и содержания представления прокурора применительно к сфере национальных проектов; усиление ответственности за неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение представления прокурора; внедрение цифровых технологий в процесс прокурорского надзора для повышения его оперативности и результативности.
